It is high time that the truth be told about Obama's birthplace.  Some people believe that circumstantial evidence isn't worth anything.  I'm here to tell you that circumstantial evidence is one of the most powerful forms of evidence that can be used, and in the case of Obama's nativity, we have loads of it.  So why is the American press supressing this evidence?

Besides the comments made by members of Obama's own family and the Imam (and son) of the Imam who gave Obama his middle name when he was born in Mombasa on August 2, 1962, the fact that Obama has spent substantially in excess of $800,000.00 (U.S.) retaining three D.C. law firms whose primary purpose is to supress the vault copy of Obama's birth certificate in Honolulu, is extremely worrisome and raises the index of suspicion off the charts! (As of this writing, it's probably closer to one million dollars).  Most American citizens have never seen the birth certificate that the Obama campaign posted on their website before the election.  Most Americans therefore do not realize that this birth certificate does not specify the city, state, or country of Obama's birth.  Hawaii, in 1962, exercised the practice of  having a parent/guardian surrender the vault copy of their child's birth certificate in lieu of a certification of live birth that does not specify where the child was born, but merely specifies the date of birth and the fact that the certificate was issued by the State of Hawaii.  It is this certificate that the Secretary of State of Illinois and the Democratic National Committee used to "verify" Obama as a "natural born" American citizen.  Therefore, this sloppy, unnecessary procedure masterminded by Hawaii to lend its authority to engender incoming immigrants with unwarranted "officialness" has resulted in Obama being viewed incorrectly as a native-born American citizen.
Despite the heavy circumstantial evidence in support of Obama's foreign birth, the justice system in this country has avoided this issue with a 10-foot pole by denying standing to the plaintiffs who demonstrate the courage to face the facts presented here. No judge wants to be responsible for the race riots that will ensue when the truth is told and finally accepted.

Obama's family wants to come out and report that he was in fact born in Kenya and they believe that his inauguration will be protective of his holding onto that office. They realize that reporting this prior to the election and inauguration would have jeopardized his candidacy due to the Article II restriction in our Constitution.  But as he is now president, it's OK to go ahead and tell the truth!

When is the conservative press and the rest of the press, for that matter, going to face the facts that questioning Obama's presidency is not a right wing schizophrenic plan to get rid of him. It is nothing more than a fair-minded application of our LAW as laid down by the founding fathers who wrote our Constitution.  By ignoring the facts, we flaut the directives of our founding document to assure the government that the president of the United States is always a native-born American.  Our nation's press continues to ignore or discount the statements of Obama's paternal grandmother, of Obama's half-brother, of Obama's Imam's son, and continues to ignore the way Dr. Jerome Corsi was treated by Kenya (he was deported at the point of an AK-47!) when he sought medical evidence of Obama's Kenyan birth. 

I will gladly admit that as a conservative American citizen, my frustrations with an Obama presidency are manifold.  I feel that Obama is destroying our nation, hastening its economic collapse, and weakening its military and legal protections from Islamofascism, to name a few.  But if I were just a plain "vanilla" American citizen, wouldn't I be very concerned about what has become the acceptability of flauting the US Constitution?  Your damn right I'm concerned.  And I demand that the legal community take seriously, Philip Berg and others like him, when they sue for the release of Obama's original birth certificate and question the validity of his presidency.  From my biased perspective, something must be done right away to force compliance with Constitutional law, and if this has the effect of removing Obama from an office to which he has no right, then so be it!
